Asher drafted the opposition to a motion for summary judgment in an action brought by a sexually abused minor against the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. Asher drafted the opposition to a motion for summary judgment, defeating a statute of limitations defense to a sexual abuse claim against a school district. After the trial court denied the motion, plaintiff obtained a $1 million settlement.
